鹿児島山形屋 作品展が終了いたしました
鹿児島山形屋での「第9回 中川原哲治・惠子と里彩 染め 織り 紡ぎの布展」は、4月7日をもちまして無事に会期を終了いたしました。
ご来場くださった皆様に、心より御礼申し上げます。
樹々に育まれた繭から、真綿、糸、そして布へと重ねてきた手仕事を、会場でご覧いただけましたことを大変嬉しく思っております。
風を纏い、光をたたえる布が、装いにも暮らしにも静かに寄り添うものであれば幸いです。
次回、鹿児島山形屋での開催は2028年を予定しております。またあらためてご案内できましたら嬉しく思います。

第9回 中川原哲治・惠子と里彩 染め 織り 紡ぎの布展
樹々に育まれた繭から、真綿、糸、そして布へ。
受け継がれてきた染織の技法を重ねながら、風が通い、光をたたえる布の佇まいを、一枚ずつ丁寧にご紹介いたしました。
絹あきは織布、絹からみ織り布、手紡ぎ真綿や強撚糸を生かした布など、素材の気配と手仕事の時間が宿る作品を展示いたしました。

Exhibition at Kagoshima Yamakataya Has Concluded
The 9th Exhibition at Kagoshima Yamakataya came to a successful close on April 7.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited.
It was a joy to share the textiles born from cocoons, silk floss, thread, and cloth, and to present the time held in these materials and in our handwork.
We hope these textiles—carrying wind and holding light—will continue to live quietly alongside both dress and daily life.
The next exhibition at Kagoshima Yamakataya is planned for 2028, and we look forward to meeting you there again.

Dyed, Woven and Spun Textiles Exhibition
From cocoons nurtured among the trees to silk floss, thread, and cloth.
Through dyeing and weaving techniques handed down over generations, we presented textiles that carry wind and quietly hold the light.
On view were open-weave silk textiles, leno-weave textiles, and works shaped with hand-spun floss silk and strongly twisted yarns.
